Called to Succeed
May this word be the wind beneath your wings. "Come to me all you who are heavy laden. Did I not create a road in the desert and a river in the wilderness? My Child, look to Me, so I can be your source of blessing... Click Here to Read More

Spearhead this Movement, Apostles!

I don't know why, but leadership positions always look so nice from the outside. It doesn't matter if it is your boss or your pastor, but everyone has had that one moment when they thought, "If I was in their shoes, I would do that differently!". Okay, maybe more than one moment (smile).

However, when you really get the chance to be in one of those leadership positions, you soon find out that the reality of the job is far different from what you imagined.

Sure, people are people. Maybe your leader did make a bad decision. But, when it is you carrying the weight of responsibility and holding the lives of other people in your hand, you will understand that it is truly by His grace that you stand!

God is raising the fivefold ministry in this day and age. At the head of this movement are the apostles. They are the ones who make sure the Church is what it should be. They are the ones who receive and implement the pattern that God gives them. They are the ones to whom the Father will look when He wants to know why His Church is not a bride without spot and wrinkle yet.

In short, walking out the apostolic call is a not a walk in the park! However, there is one thing you can rest in, and that is this - If the Lord called you, trained, and appointed you, He will enable you to carry out the call.

Another assurance you have is that it does not all depend on you. God is raising up fivefold ministry teams that will implement the mandate together!

If you are called to be an apostle, don't stress if suddenly the road before you looks different than you imagined. When the wilderness comes, and your strengths and weaknesses are stripped away, what will remain is Jesus Christ and Him crucified. And, for an apostle, there is no other foundation that you can lay!

I just want you to realise that God has a calling on your life. An invitation to change the Church and the world. If you are ready to do something with it, then all the Lord needs is your unconditional yes, and the road will open before you. He will take you through the preparation and training you need.

Apostolic training isn't like going to university where you have a fixed course of study, and you know when it is going to start and when it is going to end. Apostolic training is your life. It is who you are.

So, allow the Lord to come today and begin changing who you are so that you can go out and change the Church!

In His Love,
